If you are not fully satisfied for any reason prior to your closing on the sale and obtaining ownership, we will promptly issue you a full refund of your deposit. All Document Preparation fees or Closing Fees will not be refunded, only the sales/purchase price of the property. All refunds will be issued via check or wire transfer.
